Ingredients

  • 200 g noodles, pasta small croissants or similar.
  • 500 g cucumber (s)
  • 250 cherry tomato (s)
  • 200 g radishes
  • 200 g sprin onion (s)
  • 400 g mozzarella
  • 100 g balsamic vinear, white
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Tabasco

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, cut the cucumber lengthways, remove the seeds and cut into fine slices, quarter the cherry tomatoes, cut the radishes into slices, also cut the spring onions, mozzarella into small cubes, squeeze the garlic and finely chop the basil.
  2. Put all ingredients without pasta in a bowl, pour balsamic vinegar and olive oil over them and mix, season if necessary.
  3. Then add the cooked pasta (separate from the water beforehand) to the other ingredients in the bowl, mix again and then serve.
  4. Can also be lukewarm. Fresh bread goes well with it. Could imagine, also with finely sliced ham or instead of mozzarella, the Greek feta cheese.
