Ingredients
- 1 bowl rocket
- 2 tomato (s)
- 1 scoop mozzarella
- 4 tablespoon Parmesan or Grana Padano, grated
- Balsamic cream
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- possibly oil

- Wash and dry the rocket and spread it on salad plates. Cut the tomatoes and mozzarella into slices and use them to decorate the rim of the plate.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of parmesan on each plate on the salad and season the salad with balsamic cream, salt and pepper as a dressing.
- Depending on your taste, you can also add a little oil.
