Ingredients
- 250 g rocket
- 150 g cherry tomato (s)
- 75 g ham (country ham), mildly smoked, 5-6 slices
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, coarser from the mill

- Wash the rocket and remove its end stalks. Cut tomatoes into small slices or pieces. Cut the ham slices into cubes. Arrange the ingredients one after the other on the plate.
- Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper into a vinaigrette and drizzle over it. Slice the parmesan and sprinkle the chips over the salad.
- Freshly baked ciabatta or baguette tastes good with it.
