Ingredients
- 1 packet rocket
- Cherry tomato (s) as much as you want
- in Parmesan, one piece
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, dark
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- possibly fresh basil
- salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoon oil, (no olive oil)

- Wash the rocket salad, cut off the stalks. Put in a salad bowl. Washed cocktail tomatoes - halved if necessary - with it. Slice the parmesan and add it too. Then make a dressing from the balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, oil, salt, pepper and possibly fresh basil and pour over the salad. Let it steep a little.
