Ingredients
- 300 g penne riate
- 300 g tomato (s), red
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoon herbs
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon mustard, hotter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon, leveled salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper, white

- First cook the pasta firm to the bite in salted water and let it cool down.
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges, taking care not to make the wedges too small.
- Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salad herbs, mustard, salt and white pepper in a bowl. Because finely dice the garlic and add to the salad sauce. Mix the pasta and tomatoes with the salad dressing well, but carefully so that the tomatoes keep their shape.
- Before serving, let the salad rest for about 20 minutes so that it can flow through.
