Delicious Italian Pasta Salad

Summary

Ingredients

• 1 bag penne, or spiral pasta, cooked al dente
• 2 medium onion (s), diced
• 2 large garlic, pressed or chopped
• 1 packet rocket, washed, peeled
• 0.75 ¾ Tube / s tomato paste
• 1 glass pesto, red
• 1 tablespoon salt
• some pepper, from the mill
• Parmesan, coarsely grated
• 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
• 2 small chilli pepper (s), dried, finely chopped
• 150 g sunflower seeds, roasted
• some water
• 150 g sheep`s cheese, cut into pieces

Instructions

1. Mix the cooled pasta with the pesto, tomato paste, onions, garlic and spices. Depending on the consistency you want, add about half a small coffee cup of water. Finally, fold in the diced sheep cheese, parmesan, rocket and sunflower seeds. It is best to let it steep overnight, add a little more water and add salt again if necessary.
2. Goes with every buffet.
