Ingredients
- 1 bag penne, or spiral pasta, cooked al dente
- 2 medium onion (s), diced
- 2 large garlic, pressed or chopped
- 1 packet rocket, washed, peeled
- 0.75 ¾ Tube / s tomato paste
- 1 glass pesto, red
- 1 tablespoon salt
- some pepper, from the mill
- Parmesan, coarsely grated
- 1 teaspoon, heaped sugar
- 2 small chilli pepper (s), dried, finely chopped
- 150 g sunflower seeds, roasted
- some water
- 150 g sheep`s cheese, cut into pieces

- Mix the cooled pasta with the pesto, tomato paste, onions, garlic and spices. Depending on the consistency you want, add about half a small coffee cup of water. Finally, fold in the diced sheep cheese, parmesan, rocket and sunflower seeds. It is best to let it steep overnight, add a little more water and add salt again if necessary.
- Goes with every buffet.
