Italian-style tomatoes are a great dish for unexpected guests.

Ingredients
- Tomato – 2-4 pcs.
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves
- Salt
- Hard cheese (any) – 100-150 g
- Mayonnaise
Directions
- Very simple ingredients are always available.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices
- Place the tomato slices on a flat plate. Salt a little.
- Peel and crush the garlic in a garlic bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise and garlic.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Brush each tomato with garlic mayonnaise.
- Sprinkle the tomatoes with grated cheese. Decorate tomatoes in Italian style with herbs.
