First cook the pasta firm to the bite in salted water and let it cool down.
Cut the tomatoes into wedges, taking care not to make the wedges too small.
Mix the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salad herbs, mustard, salt and white pepper in a bowl. Because finely dice the garlic and add to the salad sauce. Mix the pasta and tomatoes with the salad dressing well, but carefully so that the tomatoes keep their shape.
Before serving, let the salad rest for about 20 minutes so that it can flow through.
