Mash the avocado and banana. Mix the avocado, banana, lemon juice and vanilla powder until you have a creamy mixture.
For the muesli, heat the coconut oil in a pan, add the oat flakes and the sunflower and pumpkin seeds, stir everything well and then add the honey. Roast everything for 2 - 3 minutes.
Garnish the avocado cream with the fruit and muesli and serve.
