Ingredients
- 1 avocado (s)
- 1 banana (s)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 4 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 70 g strawberries
- 75 g clementine (s), divided into columns
- 1 passion fruit

- Mash the avocado and banana. Mix the avocado, banana, lemon juice and vanilla powder until you have a creamy mixture.
- For the muesli, heat the coconut oil in a pan, add the oat flakes and the sunflower and pumpkin seeds, stir everything well and then add the honey. Roast everything for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Garnish the avocado cream with the fruit and muesli and serve.
