Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado and banana together. Add the lemon juice and vanilla powder, then mix until you have a smooth, creamy consistency.
  2. Heat the coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the oatmeal, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds, stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and lightly toasted. Stir in the honey and remove from heat.
  3. Divide the avocado cream between serving bowls. Top with the toasted muesli, strawberries, clementine segments, and passion fruit. Serve immediately.
