Wash the cauliflower, drain it and grate it into fine slices with a cucumber slicer. Peel and slice the banana and mix with the cauliflower and lemon juice.
Put the currants in a sieve and wash them thoroughly under a jet of hot water. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it with the currants into the salad, which is seasoned with a little salt or spice (fondor).
Then serve and garnish with tangerine slices or cherries, if desired.
If you like, you can also add a little curry to this fresh salad.
