Ingredients
- 200 g cauliflower
- 1 large banana (s)
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 tablespoon currants
- 4 tablespoon heavy cream
- Salt or sprinkling seasoning
- possibly mandarins or cherries
- possibly curry

- Wash the cauliflower, drain it and grate it into fine slices with a cucumber slicer. Peel and slice the banana and mix with the cauliflower and lemon juice.
- Put the currants in a sieve and wash them thoroughly under a jet of hot water. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it with the currants into the salad, which is seasoned with a little salt or spice (fondor).
- Then serve and garnish with tangerine slices or cherries, if desired.
- If you like, you can also add a little curry to this fresh salad.
