- 1 handful raisins
- 1 clove garlic
- ground cumin
- cinnamon powder
- curry powder
- sea salt
- 30 ml orange juice
- 30 ml olive oil

- Finely chop the cauliflower (can also be chopped with the float), thinly slice the carrots, thinly slice the zucchini, put everything in a bowl and add a good handful of raisins. Finely chop 1 clove of garlic and add it as well as 30 ml of orange juice and 30 ml of olive oil.
- Then mix everything well, then season the salad with ground cumin (approx. 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon), ground cinnamon (approx. 1/4 teaspoon), curry powder (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) and sea salt. The spices can be varied depending on the taste, so more or less can be added.
- Finally - depending on your taste - you can chop one or two leaves of fresh mint and add it to the salad, if you don`t like mint, you can leave it out entirely.
