Instructions

  1. Finely chop the cauliflower (can also be chopped with the float), thinly slice the carrots, thinly slice the zucchini, put everything in a bowl and add a good handful of raisins. Finely chop 1 clove of garlic and add it as well as 30 ml of orange juice and 30 ml of olive oil.
  2. Then mix everything well, then season the salad with ground cumin (approx. 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon), ground cinnamon (approx. 1/4 teaspoon), curry powder (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) and sea salt. The spices can be varied depending on the taste, so more or less can be added.
  3. Finally - depending on your taste - you can chop one or two leaves of fresh mint and add it to the salad, if you don`t like mint, you can leave it out entirely.
