Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork.
  2. Sieve the flour and baking powder, add the salt and mix everything together.
  3. Mix the butter, sugar and brown sugar well with the hand mixer. Add the mashed banana, egg and vanilla sugar and keep stirring.
  4. Pour the flour mixture into the mass and work everything at low speed into an even dough.
  5. Roughly chop the walnuts and stir in together with the chocolate sprinkles.
