Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Mix the cocoa with the banana.
  3. Spread out the puff pastry, halve lengthways and cut each half into 6 equal pieces. Beat the egg and separate the egg white and yolk. Brush all cut edges with egg white with a brush.
