Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the kiwi. Peel the banana and cut into small pieces. Peel the pineapple and cut into small pieces. Cut the cucumber into thick slices.
  2. Puree all ingredients in a blender and enjoy the delicious smoothie. The smoothie is also great as a nutritious breakfast due to the wholegrain oat flakes.
