Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients (flour, oat flakes, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon) together. Beat the egg in another bowl. Mix sugar, honey, oil, yoghurt and possibly a little vanilla. Add the banana mixture and stir again. Add the dry ingredients and fold in.
  2. Fill into a 12-cup muffin pan and bake at 160 ° C (convection) for about 20-25 minutes.
  3. The muffins are especially delicious when warm. I especially like to eat them as a second breakfast at work.
