Instructions

  1. The oat flakes are put with the milk in a small saucepan that is on medium heat. While the milk is getting warm, we peel the banana and mash it with our fingers so that only smaller pieces are left. I do this right above the pot so I don`t need a knife or board for it.
  2. Then I get the peanut butter and add about a teaspoon of it to the milk. This should be a little warm by now, so that the peanut butter can loosen from the teaspoon when you stir it in. I also add a pinch of salt, about half a teaspoon of cinnamon and about a teaspoon of brown sugar.
  3. Now the whole thing has to boil once so that the porridge gets its pulpy consistency. When that has happened, we are already done and the porridge can be eaten.
