First pour the 200 ml milk into a saucepan and slowly heat it up.
Meanwhile, mash the banana with a fork and add to the milk. Stir well so that the banana is distributed in the milk. When the milk is warm, add the oat flakes and let it swell for about 8 minutes at low heat until the porridge has the desired consistency. Stir occasionally.
Now cut the apple into small pieces. Mix the pulp with the apple pieces in a bowl and season with cinnamon.
