Mix the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder and almonds together.
In another bowl, mix the milk, eggs, margarine, chopped apples, and bananas together. Then stir both together with a spoon or spatula, not a hand mixer.
Pour the batter into the muffin maker molds and bake for 30 minutes.
Oven temperature approx. 180 degrees circulating air / 200 degrees top / bottom heat.
