Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (top / bottom heat). Grease a loaf pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
In a bowl, grind the bananas with the almond milk, butter, egg and sugar with a hand blender. (If you don`t have a hand blender, mash the bananas by hand with a fork and then mix everything well with a hand mixer). Add flour, salt, baking powder and fold in chia seeds.
Put everything in the loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes. After the baking time, stick a wooden stick or toothpick into the banana bread to see if no more liquid dough sticks to it. Otherwise leave it in there a little longer.
