Instructions

  1. Cut the peeled bananas into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Whisk the eggs with the milk, stir in the melted butter. Stir in sugar and vanilla sugar. Fold in the salt, flour and baking powder, then stir in the banana pieces.
  3. Heat the oil in a pan and fry small amounts of the batter in it.
  4. Serve sprinkled with sugar.
