Mix the almond drink, low-fat quark and cinnamon in a bowl and stir in the chia seeds. Peel, slice and add the banana. Cover everything and let it soak in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, preferably overnight.
Tip: Also works with cow`s milk and other fruit.
To go variant: Put all the ingredients, except the chia seeds, in the blender. Finally add the seeds. Pour into a shaker or screw glass.
