Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, strain them through a sieve, whisk with lemon juice and the rum.
  2. Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar until it is half stiff. Stir the low-fat quark and then the cream into the banana puree.
  3. Inject the cream into dessert glasses. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and place them dry on the cream. Serve immediately.
