Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease a square baking pan (22 x 33 centimeters or similar). Mix the cream cheese and sugar thoroughly with the mixer, then gradually stir in the eggs. Finally stir in the bananas.
Mix the dry ingredients and stir into the batter, do not beat too hard. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for about 45 minutes. Let cool for at least 15 minutes and then cut into small squares.
