Instructions

  1. Cook the ginger with orange juice, preserving sugar, lemon juice and citric acid for about 5 minutes.
  2. Cut the banana into small cubes, add and cook for about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the jam into a clean glass with a screw cap while it is still hot and close tightly.
