Instructions

  1. Break the banana into pieces and place in a blender. Then the milk is poured over it and the coconut flakes and, if desired, some cinnamon are added. A small piece (about the size of a thumbnail - depending on your taste) is cut off from a ginger bulb and peeled. I then cut it into small pieces and put it in the mixer with the other ingredients, but if you don`t want to have pieces of ginger in the drink later, you can rub it. Now everything is mixed properly. I always vary from the lowest to the highest level.
  2. Finally, the liquid drink is poured into a glass and sprinkled with some cinnamon.
