Instructions

  1. Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Slowly cook with the juice and the grated lemon zest until the apple turns to a pulp. Add the banana slices and the preserving sugar.
  2. Cook everything until the desired consistency is achieved. Season to taste with about three shots of rum.
