Peel the banana and cut into large pieces. Heat some butter in a pan and fry the banana pieces over medium heat for a few minutes. Sprinkle the sugar over it and let it caramelize.
For the chocolate sauce, melt the milk chocolate in the cream in a water bath. Stir in between.
To serve, put 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream in a glass, top with the caramelized banana pieces and top with the chocolate sauce. To finish, sprinkle with toasted almond slivers and serve immediately.
