- Take 200 g of oatmeal, pour 200 ml of warm milk and leave for 20 minutes to swell.
- Peel one banana, add a little salt and mash with a fork until puree.
- Combine the banana puree with the oatmeal and add 1 egg.
- Add 1 tbsp sugar to the mixture, 2 tbsp flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Stir well to distribute all ingredients evenly in the oatmeal.
- Fry the pancakes in a skillet with 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Place the finished pancakes on a paper towel to remove any remaining oil. Serve with honey.
