Instructions

  1. Peel the banana and mash the flesh with a fork. Add the flour and slowly stir in enough warm water to make a smooth but not too thin dough.
  2. Season with the brown sugar and a pinch of salt and some nutmeg. Brush a coated frying pan with a little oil and bake cakes that are not too thick in it over medium heat, about 2 minutes on each side.
