Beat the egg in a bowl and whisk. Mix the yogurt and milk in a second bowl, then fold in the remaining ingredients and whisk. Finally add the egg and mix everything again.
Brush a pan with a little oil and set on medium heat. Add a ladle full of batter to the pan. Peel and slice the banana. Cover the top of the pancake with a third of the banana and turn. Bake for approx. 4 - 5 minutes on each side. The batter is enough for approx. 3 pancakes. Finally serve with the syrup.
