Instructions

  1. Prepare the fruits by peeling them and cutting them into pieces.
  2. Tip: I also removed the skin from the persimmon by dividing the fruit in half and cutting out the flesh with a fruit knife. I think the bowl is not so suitable for the smoothie maker.
  3. Put the fruits in the smoothie maker along with the rest of the ingredients. If the smoothie is still too thick, add a little more milk or orange juice until the desired consistency is achieved.
  4. If you don`t like cinnamon, you can of course leave it out.
