Instructions

  1. Cut the apple into bite-sized slices and fry in the coconut oil over a medium heat for about 6 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Bring the oat flakes with the milk to the boil in the pot and simmer on a low level for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finely mash the bananas with a fork until they form a porridge and add to the porridge. Mix well. Add the ground almonds to the pulp and stir again.
  3. Now distribute the porridge on plates and place the fried apple slices on top. Sprinkle with ground almonds, cinnamon or both.
  4. By the way: this recipe doesn`t need any additional sweetness, as the ripe bananas will already make the porridge sweet enough.
