Ingredients
- 10 tablespoon fine oatmeal
- 300 ml oat milk (oat drink), any other plant milk or water is also possible
- 2 ripe banana (s)
- 1 large apple
- 3 tablespoon almonds, ground
- some coconut oil to fry the apple

- Cut the apple into bite-sized slices and fry in the coconut oil over a medium heat for about 6 - 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Bring the oat flakes with the milk to the boil in the pot and simmer on a low level for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finely mash the bananas with a fork until they form a porridge and add to the porridge. Mix well. Add the ground almonds to the pulp and stir again.
- Now distribute the porridge on plates and place the fried apple slices on top. Sprinkle with ground almonds, cinnamon or both.
- By the way: this recipe doesn`t need any additional sweetness, as the ripe bananas will already make the porridge sweet enough.
