Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 200 ml soy drink
  • 3 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 30 g apple compote
  • 1 medium pear (s)
  • 50 g oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon almond (s), chopped
  • 2 tablespoon soy yoghurt (yoghurt alternative), natural
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon cranberries, dried
  • 1 sprig lemon balm

Instructions

  1. Rub a larger baking dish with the oil. Peel, core and finely dice the pear. Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for the cranberries, lemon balm and soy yoghurt in a bowl, place in the baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes, then allow to cool slightly.
  3. Put the soy yoghurt on the still warm oatmeal and sprinkle it with the remaining cranberries and lemon balm.
