- 70 g oat flakes, delicate as flowers
- 400 ml milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar

- Slowly bring the oat flakes with the milk and a pinch of salt to the boil and then remove them from the stove. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
