Ingredients

  • 80 g oatmeal
  • 200 ml soy milk (soy drink) or rice milk, oat milk, coconut drink
  • 100 ml espresso
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon
  • sweetener

For the topping: as desired

  • nuts
  • Banana (noun)
  • Apple
  • Berry
  • Raisins
  • Grated chocolate
  • cornflakes
  • Desiccated coconut
  • Pumpkin seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the oat flakes, the vegetable milk and the espresso in a saucepan and bring to the boil. I then turn off the hotplate, the residual heat is sufficient. Stir until the desired consistency is achieved. It takes about 10 minutes. Pour into a cereal bowl, sprinkle on the desired topping and spoon off.
  2. Note: This portion is for the big hunger. But it can also be easily taken to the office for a second breakfast or in the refrigerator until the next day.
  3. Depending on the topping, approx. 300 Kcal per serving.
