Heat the oat flakes, the vegetable milk and the espresso in a saucepan and bring to the boil. I then turn off the hotplate, the residual heat is sufficient. Stir until the desired consistency is achieved. It takes about 10 minutes. Pour into a cereal bowl, sprinkle on the desired topping and spoon off.
Note: This portion is for the big hunger. But it can also be easily taken to the office for a second breakfast or in the refrigerator until the next day.
