- 8 slices rusks
- 1 banana (s)
- 0.5 ½ glass fruit or some other fresh type fruit
- 4 tablespoon oat flakes (meltable)
- 250 ml water
- 250 ml milk

- Briefly bring the milk and water to the boil and stir in the melted flakes. Soak the rusk in it.
- Peel and puree the banana. Also puree other fruits. Add the fruit to the rusk mixture and puree everything well.
- Fill into 4 empty food glasses, let cool in the refrigerator and freeze.
