Ingredients

  • 400 g carrot (s)
  • 200 g apple, (e.. Cox Orane)
  • 200 g rock suar, brown
  • 700 ml brandy

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots and apples, grate them roughly and place them in a sufficiently large glass vessel.
  2. Add the rock sugar and pour the brandy on top. Stir thoroughly.
  3. The liqueur then has to steep for at least 4 weeks. Stir it every now and then.
  4. After the ripening period, filter the finished liqueur through a cloth and fill it into bottles.
