- Peel the carrots and apples, grate them roughly and place them in a sufficiently large glass vessel.
- Add the rock sugar and pour the brandy on top. Stir thoroughly.
- The liqueur then has to steep for at least 4 weeks. Stir it every now and then.
- After the ripening period, filter the finished liqueur through a cloth and fill it into bottles.
