Ingredients
- 1 pineapple, fresh, ripe
- 4 tablespoon, heaped desiccated coconut
- 1 handful crushed ice
- possibly water

- Peel and halve the pineapple and remove the hard central stem. Cut the pulp into large cubes and put in a blender together with the desiccated coconut and crushed ice and mix finely. If the drink is too thick, add some cold tap water and mix again briefly.
