Ingredients
- 1 pck. Pudding powder, (cream pudding powder)
- 500 ml coconut milk
- 1 cup cream
- pineapple, fresh or canned
- sugar

- Mix the pudding powder with sugar (amount according to package instructions) and a little coconut milk, bring the remaining coconut milk to the boil and stir in the mixed powder. Bring to the boil while stirring.
- Let cool and avoid skin formation on the pudding.
- Beat the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until stiff.
- Clean fresh pineapple and cut into small pieces or drain canned pineapple. Pineapple (as much as you want) and the cream fold into the cooled pudding.
