Ingredients
- 480 ml coconut water
- 120 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 60 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 60 ml lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup, optionally honey
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ sea salt, coarse
- Ice cubes for serving

- Put coconut water, citrus juice, desired sweetener and salt in a mixer / blender and mix thoroughly for approx. 30 seconds.
- Serve in glasses filled with ice cubes and garnish with citrus fruit slices.
- The drink can be prepared up to 4 days in advance and kept tightly closed in the refrigerator.
