  1. Peel the orange, lemon and ginger (with organic products, leave some of the peel on), roughly chop and put in a high-performance mixer with the remaining ingredients and mix into a smoothie.
  2. This recipe is particularly suitable to support the immune system in the cold season.
  3. The amount of ginger and honey can of course be changed depending on your taste.
