Ingredients
- pineapple
- 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
- 2 cl liqueur (coconut liqueur)
- 1 lemon (s), the juice it
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 2 egg whites
- 10 grams sugar
- 2 tablespoon whipped cream

- Peel and quarter the pineapple and cut out the hard center piece. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
- Put the low-fat quark in a bowl and stir until smooth. Season to taste with coconut liqueur, lemon juice and sugar. Finally, mix in desiccated coconut and pineapple pieces.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff, pouring in the sugar. Pull loosely into the quark mass together with the cream. Fill into portion bowls and serve well chilled.
- Serve garnished with small pieces of pineapple and leaves if you like.
