Instructions

  1. Peel and quarter the pineapple and cut out the hard center piece. Cut the pulp into small pieces.
  2. Put the low-fat quark in a bowl and stir until smooth. Season to taste with coconut liqueur, lemon juice and sugar. Finally, mix in desiccated coconut and pineapple pieces.
  3. Beat the egg whites until stiff, pouring in the sugar. Pull loosely into the quark mass together with the cream. Fill into portion bowls and serve well chilled.
  4. Serve garnished with small pieces of pineapple and leaves if you like.
