Ingredients
- 400 ml water
- 8 tablespoon oat flakes, crunchy
- salt
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 large apple
- 10 plum (s) (prunes)
- some Milk
- 5 tablespoon heavy cream

- Wash, quarter and core the apple and grate coarsely with the skin. Mix with lemon juice. Cut the prunes into strips. Bring water to a boil. Add the oat flakes, salt and prunes and leave to soak for about 15 minutes at low heat.
- Fold in the grated apple. Possibly the porridge to taste
- Dilute with a little cold milk. Arrange the porridge and drizzle with liquid cream shortly before eating.
